Zen Skinz was founded by Kelli Komiss during her extended travels in Brazil. She lived there for several years and learned all the facets of clothing design and manufacturing. The company was originally called “Gostoso“, which means “yummy” in Portuguese.

All garments are personally designed by her, and samples sewn by her. The clothing was inspired by the martial art Capoeira, which uses stylish pants for body movement. This current limited edition of clothing was made in Texas. Kelli is a proud resident of Austin.
